Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Entrenau Campus (entrenau.com) processes, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

The party responsible for your personal data is Teachers AI Éxito LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. hola@entrenau.com

2. Data we collect

Account data: the email address, name and profile picture provided by your sign-in provider (Google). Accounts created before sign-in became Google-only keep the email and password they registered with.
Study data: questions answered, practice-exam results, topics practiced and progress.
Messages, images or files you send to the AI Teacher to get explanations, and essays you submit for grading. They are stored with your account.
Payment data: the payment provider tells us the transaction status and an identifier; we never receive or store card numbers.
Technical data: IP address (and a hash of it to rate-limit anonymous use of the AI Teacher), device and browser type, pages visited and estimated country.

3. What we use the data for

Providing the service: signing you in, saving your progress and unlocking the content you bought.
Generating the AI Teacher explanations.
Sending transactional email (purchase confirmation, receipts).
Measuring site usage and improving the content.
Detecting abuse and meeting legal obligations.

4. Data from your Google account

If you sign in with Google, we request only your email address and basic profile (name and picture) to identify your account. We do not access your email messages, contacts, calendar or files.

Entrenau Campus's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Who we share data with

Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Cloud): authentication, database and hosting.
Google Analytics and Google Ads: usage and campaign measurement.
Google Gemini: processing of the messages, images and essays you send to the AI Teacher.
Stripe and Wompi: payment processing.
Brevo: sending transactional email (receipts and confirmations).
Cloudflare: routing inbound email to our mailbox.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with these providers, to the extent needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your country and language, and measure usage with Google Analytics. You can delete or block them in your browser; some features may stop working.

7. Retention

We keep your account data (progress, AI Teacher conversations and essays) while the account is active. If you delete it, we erase them; payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hola@entrenau.com.

9. Minors

The service is aimed at students preparing for admission exams. If you are a minor, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to use it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
