2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or making any purchase on entrenau, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these clauses, please do not use the platform or make any payment.

3. Description of Service

entrenau is an online educational platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials, practice exams, performance analysis, and practice tools designed to help users prepare for university admissions tests and standardized exams across Latin America and the United States.

4. Nature of Content and Limitation of Warranty

The content available on entrenau — including, but not limited to, practice questions, mock exams, explanations, study materials, and any analysis generated by artificial intelligence — is provided exclusively for educational and practice purposes.

Teachers AI Exito LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of such content. Questions, answers, and explanations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Content generated by artificial intelligence is probabilistic in nature and does not constitute an official source of academic information.

Teachers AI Exito LLC is not responsible for any academic, professional, or other decisions the user may make based on the platform's content. Use of the material is at the user's sole risk.

5. Payment Policy

entrenau Premium plans are purchased through a one-time payment, with no automatic renewal. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Teachers AI Exito LLC does not store credit card data or any financial information of the user.

By making a payment, the user accepts the price in effect at the time of purchase, expressed in the local currency corresponding to their country.

6. Refund Policy

As a general rule, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. Premium plans grant immediate access to the platform's digital content, and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been activated.

Sole exception: A full refund will be granted only if the platform is completely inoperative for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) and such downtime is directly attributable to Teachers AI Exito LLC — meaning it is not caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, third-party infrastructure failures (hosting providers, cloud services, payment gateways), cyberattacks, government decisions, Internet service interruptions, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the company.

To request a refund under this exception, the user must contact support providing their registration email address and a description of the issue.

7. User Accounts

To access the Premium plan and certain features, the user must create an account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

Teachers AI Exito LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms or that show abusive use of the platform, without entitlement to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including text, designs, logos, source code, algorithms, and interfaces — is the property of Teachers AI Exito LLC or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the platform without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Modifications

Teachers AI Exito LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time and without prior notice. This includes changes to content, artificial intelligence tools, pricing of future plans, and available features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teachers AI Exito LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the educational content.
  • Academic results obtained by the user on actual exams.
  • Loss of data, service interruption, or technical failures.

In any event, the total liability of Teachers AI Exito LLC to the user shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

Teachers AI Exito LLC collects and processes personal data exclusively for the provision of the service, including: email address, academic progress data, and platform usage data. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, except those strictly necessary for the operation of the service (Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe).

12. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the system, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Share their account with third parties or resell Premium access.
  • Extract, copy, or mass-redistribute the platform's content.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Teachers AI Exito LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of entrenau after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
